The thing a metadata tool fears most is silent corruption. If a cleaned file will not open, displays wrongly, or a platform behaves unexpectedly, a report with a sample is enormously helpful.
What to include
- The original file, or the smallest sample that still reproduces the problem.
- Which options were selected when you processed it.
- The output file, and where exactly it goes wrong (will not open / dimensions changed / playback broken / platform still flags it).
- Browser and OS version.
A report with a sample is usually diagnosed within hours; a description without one tends to take several rounds of back and forth.

Note: if the sample contains private content, redact it first, or send only the smallest fragment that still reproduces the structural problem.
What we do not do
- We do not offer case-by-case diagnosis of “why was my image labelled AI” — platform decision logic is not public, and we cannot see it.
- We do not accept business files that need to stay confidential.
- We do not provide legal advice.
