How to use PiTravel
- 1For first-time use, paste an existing travel guide and go through the process first; this makes it easier to understand how the app works compared to directly asking the AI to generate a plan from scratch.
- 2After parsing the guide, check the number and names of locations one by one. Nicknames, abbreviations or locations with the same name may be misidentified, so manual addition, deletion and adjustment are required.
- 3Don't schedule too many places on the same day; route optimization only fixes the order of the itinerary and does not solve the problem of having too many places to visit in a single day.
- 4Reconfirm the transportation and opening times separately. The information supplemented by AI is for reference only; the official channels shall prevail for scenic spot reservations and schedules.
- 5When collaborating with multiple people, agree in advance who will be responsible for the final version; otherwise, the itinerary will be repeatedly revised, and it is best to lock the version one day before departure.
